What to send us
Outdated information reports
If you applied for a visa using VisaPathway information and discovered the requirements had changed, please tell us. Include the country, visa type, the URL of the relevant guide, and what changed. We update requirements within 7-14 days of credible reports.
Country expansion requests
We currently cover the most common destinations for emerging-market travelers. If you have a specific destination not covered yet, request it. Demand drives our expansion priorities.
Success and rejection stories
Sharing your application experience helps other applicants. If you used VisaPathway guidance and were approved (or rejected despite following our guidance), we want to hear about it. We publish anonymized patterns to help future applicants.
Partnership inquiries
For travel insurance, translation, or immigration legal services partnerships, email with "Partnership" in the subject line.
